All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or APP.
Terms Of Use
1. All orders placed on the website are confirmed only subject to availability of the Fish.
2. You can place your order either via online or on a phone call.
3. We accept orders over the phone from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, all seven days of the week.
4. Delivery shall take place in the available slots only.
5. Billing would be as per the product pack MRP only, unless running a promotional offer.
6. All orders can be paid in Cash or via Credit or Debit Card.
7. In case of customized orders such as prawns/fish fillets/cubes, slices, steaks etc. the charges on the order will be based upon the unprocessed fish and not on the final customized order.
8. During the year, certain kinds of fish are seasonal and may not be available. More over, the quantity you have ordered may not be available to be supplied to you. In which case, we shall inform you of making an alternative order booking that may match your needs to the closest possible fish and quantity that you need.
9. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or βOut of Stockβ status. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed for delivery from our side.
10. In the event that a My fish bucket product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, My fish bucket reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
11. My Fish Bucket reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, My Fish Bucket shall issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
12. On door canceling order without informing reason of cancellation to customer care My fish bucket has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership.
13. Delivery of the orders will be made only to the address mentioned during the ordering. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete. Change of address can be accepted only of the product has not left for delivery.
14. During the checkout process, you are able to add specific instructions such as leaving your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place at your property should you not be there to accept the delivery.
15. Currently we take order one day prior and delivering it on next day as per selected delivery slot in morning.
16. If you find that the products are damaged or changed or have any quality issues, immediately report this to delivery staff and customer care. We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day.
